It's bizarre how limited options are for dresses for babies, especially smaller newborns (4-6 lbs.). Almost everything available is either pink/white, or ridiculously priced (for something that they will wear 2 or 3 times, tops). This dress set was comfortable for the girls, well-made, and sophisticated (as much as newborn clothes can be), with just the right amount of detail. The hats are adorable and perfect for keeping newborns' heads warm (which we needed in summer air-conditioning). We purchased two dress sets (the other set in peach/orange), and liked them both.
