We have Peg Perego Primo Viaggio Infant SIP car seat manufactured in 2009, and a Bugaboo Frog stroller. Now, I was confused as to which adapter I needed to purchase because there seemed to be several different Bugaboo-Peg Perego car seat adapters on Amazon, and according to some reviews, they didn't fit. I thought I would purchase this and see what happens. Although this is described as Bugaboo Cameleon car seat adaptor, it works for all bugaboos (cameleon, gecko and frog) and it does work on Peg Perego SIP infant seats manufactured after 2007, just like the product descrption reads. I was concerned intially because when I got this package, it says in the plastic wrap that it will work with Peg Perego Viaggio SIP only if the car seat is manufactured before March 2007. But when we did try it on our car seat made in 2009, it did fit perfectly. So I am not sure if there was an error in the package or not. I purchased the e3 buggy in 2006. I cannot tell you how unhappy I am with the quality and the level of customer service I have received.
The 2 rear tires were slowly losing air after one year. I do not use this stroller in the winter, only in the summer and when I went to use it this past spring, the tires were flat. I noticed that the rims were slightly warped, and asked customer service if these could be replaced. Yes, for $42 apiece!! I have followed the directions to use a handpump and the rims are still warped. I am astounded that an expensive stroller would have this level of defect, and that phil & ted's does not offer wheel replacement.
I should have paid attention to other site reviews which mentioned issues with the wheelsand customer service.
Other complaints:
-Lack of tray for the child to use for snacks.
-The height of the bar in front of the child makes for difficult exit
-The lack of storage when there is a child in the rear attached seat. This is a HUGE inconvenience.
-The lack of cupholder/storage for the parent.
-bulky to fold and load in vehicle

I have four children, 4 and 6 year old boys and I have twin girls that are now 1 year old. I purchased this stroller when they were about 9 months. I absolutely LOVE it. It is easy to fold and unfold. It also is freestanding when in the folded position, no worry about it tipping over or anything. You can put a carseat in on one side. It comes with a strap that you attach to the stroller and it snaps around the carseat, just as in any other stroller that the carseat "snaps" into. If you're in a pinch, you could fit two carseats in there, but be sure to have two straps - of course I'm sure this is NOT reccommended by the manufacturer. But just thought I would put that in there. The canopies by far are the coolest feature. They come all the way down to the bar and have a "viewing window" for the children so they can see where they are going. If it's hot, you can unzip the last zipper and it unfolds the netting in the back so air can flow through, but still keep the sun out of the kids' eyes. We used the boot (that came with it) all winter long and it kept my girls cozy for those trips in and out in the cold weather. I also have two sons in two different schools. Therefore, I used this thing a minimum of 8 times a day. If I can do it without complaining, this stroller makes my job that much easier! It steers great and fits through STANDARD doorways. I do nudge the cupholder here and there through doors, but it's worth it. I had the long double stroller frame for their carseats, but I believe the girls LOVE the way they can sit next to each other and see each other better. The only disadvantage is shopping with it in small stores. Not that it doesn't travel well, however, in department stores and clothing shops while trying to navigate in between displays, it can be a bit cumbersome. First, let me say that I am a mother of 4 children. My first three were all very close together, so I haven't been in the market for a stroller in a while. However, #4 was a sweet surprise, so I needed to buy pretty much everything all over again. This was difficult simply because I had loved my Graco City Lite set I bought in 2001.

I did lots of research. My main issues are that I can't stand a big huge heavy stroller and I wanted a drink holder. This stroller is perfect - not too heavy at all, yet not an umbrella jobbie. It has a great cup holder, though an oversize drink will not fit. No worries, though, because there is also a tray which can accomodate diffent size items. With 4 kids, I drive an Expedition and with the 3rd row in, there isn't much room left in the way back. The stoller takes up most of the space. But, I can tell you that the full size strollers won't let the door close...and you better be in shape if you're lifting 35+ pounds up into the vehicle each time! The stroller has been great both reclined and now as my son begins to sit. The 5 point harness in the stroller helps hold him in place nicely. Again, the stroller is big enough to hold him, the diaper bag and my stuff, as well as small enough to manuever through stores easily.

The other BIG pro I loved about this set was that the carseat has, hands down, the best infant head support I have seen out there. Most of the carseats come with a ring piece, but this one has thicker padding on each side of the head. The result? No nodding, floppy head on my newborn! Now, there is a negative about the carseat which my husband wants me to mention and that is that the seat does not sit in shopping carts very well (the small part where bigger kids sit). The latching mechanism at the back is in a high spot and when you put the seat in the cart, the seat is leaning way back. I have not found this to be an issue, but it bothers him.

The seat has a very comfortable handle - the wide corners make carrying the chair in the crook of your arm possible and painless. I also love the colors. The pictures don't really show how rich the colors look.

Overall, this stroller has exceeded my expectations and I just wanted anyone checking it out to know how happy I have been with it. It took about 6 hours overall.
A few of the pieces were defective. One bolt was not cut properly and we had to go to the hardware store to replace it. In addition, a seam on one of the main plastic pieces had to be sanded down for the swing pole to be properly secured. It was quite a project.
The stakes used to secure the whole set are very challenging to install.

I was looking for an adapter for the Phil and Teds Dash or Sport stroller that would allow me to put the car seat in the front and still be able to have the toddler sit in the back seat, even though not recommended by the company. I tried a different adapter and with that one - besides being extremely complicated to install - I had to recline the front seat too much in order to have enough room for a child in back. This adapter here, on the other hand, is perfect: It clicks easily in place and is easily removed but most importantly, I DO NOT have to recline the front seat at all to fit my carseat in there. We love the Joovy Caboose. Our 2 year old can stand while the 2 month old infant is in her car seat up front with the included car seat adaptor.
