My 4-month-old has reflux, which is why I purchased this. However, she sleeps on her side and the Nap Nanny does not allow for her to do this. If we had owned one from birth we might have been able to get her to sleep in it, but I'm not sure she would have been comfortable in it anyway because it's so steep. It is useful for keeping baby propped up after feedings, but there are several other, less expensive ways of doing this.
