I have had many strollers each with their own rain cover and this is by far the worst I've ever had. After putting on (before moving) the cover doesn't cover the children in the stroller besides their heads, they had wet legs. Once we started strolling the thing kept falling, sliding, slipping off and I had to hold it on and tuck edges under my purse (which then got wet) to keep it from falling off.
